Radulov named KHL MVP, once again

Nashville Predators’ forward, Alexander Radulov, was awarded the KHL’s Most Valuable Player award during his time in Russia playing for Salavat Yulaev for the third year. For specifics, here is the report by the KHL’s website.

The “Golden Stick” trophy, which goes to the man voted the most valuable player in the regular championship, was won for the third year running by Alexander Radulov.

With Radulov winning the golden stick in the KHL, I find really ironic because he was the opposite of having a “golden stick” in the NHL with the Nashville Predators.

Also, Radulov was awarded the “Golden Helmet” prize which indicates he is on the first team KHL All-Star. He is also joined with former NHLer, Dmitri Kalinin.
