Nashville Predators vs Phoenix Coyotes Preview (Game 13)

The Nashville Predators (6-5-1) faceoff against the Phoenix Coyotes (8-3-2) Thursday night in their first of three meetings this season. This is the start of a seven game road trip for the Predators, which will be without Pekka Rinne. Phoenix is looking to continue their hot streak. Through 13 games they are 4th in the NHL in total scoring with 3.31 goals per game.  The Predators will need a big game from Carter Hutton tonight to pull this one out.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Nashville: #59 D Roman Josi.  This will be Josi’s first night back since suffering his concussion.  It will be interesting to see how he bounces back. 

Phoenix: #17 F Radim Vrbata.  Vrbata has gotten off to a hot start this season already netting 12 points in 13 games.  When healthy he is one of the most underrated scoring forwards in the league.\
